Below are some of our publications and forms, such as the Retirement Act of 1937 (RETIREMENT LAW BOOK), Request for Credit Report and our by-laws. We hope you find these helpful.
These can be downloaded to your computer or device.
It's understandable when SJCERA/RPESJC members ask, "What happens to my retirement if an illness or injury prevents me from making decisions?" The SJCERA Special Power of Attorney (POA) form is specifically designed for members and helps provide peace of mind should you become unable to act on your own behalf. YOU decide which duties designees will be allowed to perform, such as filing a retirement application, making a benefit election or designating beneficiaries.
Hopefully you'll never need it, but just in case, be prepared!
